Confirmation
Your
space will be reserved as soon as we receive your deposit! Deposit is normally one half of total trip cost unless other noted. We'll confirm your trip right away. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Refunds
Since
your deposit holds your space, it is not refundable. If you cancel your
registration at least 21 days before the beginning of a trip, we will
refund any payments you have made, less your deposit. If you cancel
within 21 days of the trip, or must leave the trip for any reason, your
deposit and trip fees are non-refundable. If we have to cancel a
trip, we will of course fully refund your deposit.
