2010 Fall and Winter Retreats
Our God is an awesome God!  In His wisdom He has created for us seasons-- to mark time and to give us a better picture of who He is.  Spring and summer are not the only times for renewal, reflection, and rest.  Fall and Winter also provide opportunities for us to gather for fellowship and to have our spirits regenerated by His Spirit!   We hope you will consider taking some time for study, fun and growth and join us in one of our Fall/Winter retreats.

Hunting Camp Helping Hand
August 26-31
Hike 15 miles into the wilderness along Silver Tip Creek and arrive at 'Silver Tip City' --a remote and pristine wilderness hunting camp that has been in existence for more than sixty years.   Here under outfitters Harry and Claire Workman's supervision you will lend a hand in building the city known as 'Silver Tip'.   Pole tent frames are constructed and then canvas walls cover the frames to create a kitchen/dining tent, a hay barn and tack shed, guest lodging, staff lodging and privy.  You get to be part of this transformation!  Cross-cut saw skills are taught and put to use as loads and loads of wood are cut, hauled to camp, split and stacked for use in the tents.  Time for sightseeing, study, pinochle and laughter included.  Care to join in this 'helping hand' adventure?

$100 per person fee for the week!
